Our Story

In June of 2007, several individuals familiar with burn survivors and their struggles met to discuss the best way to provide support for burn survivors of all ages, their families and caregivers. As a result, the Wisconsin Burn Survivors Network was born. The dedication of what started out as a handful of individuals, who have as their primary goal to assist the burn survivor in their healing, has led to the founding of a statewide organization.

The WBSN is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit charitable organization. We are an all-volunteer organization that provides direct, hands on support and assistance.
